Neil Werzer – Volleyball, Beach volleyball, Yoga instructor & Movement Coach

Neil is a former Austrian youth and junior national team volleyball player with extensive experience competing in both indoor Bundesliga volleyball and high-level Austrian beach volleyball championships. He has coached youth and performance athletes for over seven years, specialising in technical development, movement quality, and long-term athletic progression. Alongside his coaching career, Neil holds degrees in Sport Science and Nutrition Science from the University of Vienna and integrates performance nutrition and recovery strategies into his coaching philosophy. He is also a certified yoga and movement instructor, bringing expertise in mobility, injury prevention, and sustainable strength development. His coaching style focuses on structured learning, athlete well-being, and helping players improve efficiently while maintaining long-term health.
